We do NOT provide refunds for:

- “I implemented the strategies but didn’t get the results I wanted”
- “I only got 3 bookings instead of 5”
- “My revenue didn’t increase by €50,000”
- “The strategy didn’t work for me”
Why: We provide educational information and frameworks. Your business results
depend on countless factors outside our control: your execution quality, market
conditions, competition, property quality, timing, budget, skills, consistency,
and many others. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
✗ IMPLEMENTATION CHALLENGES
- “This requires too much work” (after purchase)
- “I don’t have time to implement this”
- “The outreach is harder than I expected”
- “I sent 50 emails and didn’t get responses”
Why: Our products clearly state time commitments and effort required. If you
underestimated the work involved, that’s not a product quality issue—it’s an
implementation challenge. However, if we misrepresented the effort required in
our marketing, you ARE eligible for a refund under “expectation mismatch.”
✗ INSUFFICIENT EFFORT
- “I only read the first document” (didn’t review full product)
- “I didn’t actually try the strategies” (no implementation attempt)
- “I bought it but haven’t looked at it yet” (after 30-day period)
Why: Our guarantee allows you to review the product and assess fit. If you
haven’t reviewed it adequately within 30 days, that’s on you, not us.
✗ CHANGED MIND (After 30 Days)
- “I decided I don’t want this anymore” (35 days after purchase)
- “I found a different solution” (after 30-day window)
Why: The 30-day window is generous and sufficient to evaluate the product.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
✗ PARTIAL REFUNDS
- “I only want a refund for one product in the bundle”
- “Can I get 50% back since I used half the templates?”
Why: We don’t offer partial refunds. Either the full product is refunded (within
30 days) or none of it is.
✗ BUYER’S REMORSE (Without Valid Reason)
- “I changed my mind” (with no specific reason)
- “I impulse-bought this” (with no legitimate quality or fit issue)
Why: While we’re generous with refunds for legitimate reasons, we expect you
to provide a brief explanation (1-2 sentences) of why the product isn’t right
for you. “I just changed my mind” without any substantive reason suggests the
product itself is fine—you’re just indecisive. We reserve the right to deny
refunds in cases of clear buyer’s remorse without valid cause.
- REFUND ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Your 30-day refund window begins on the date of purchase (as shown on your
receipt/invoice), NOT the date you download or start using the product.
Example timelines:
- Purchase date: February 1, 2026
- 30-day window ends: March 3, 2026 (midnight)
- Refund request on March 2: ✓ Eligible
- Refund request on March 4: ✗ Not eligible (window closed)
We cannot make exceptions to the 30-day window. Please evaluate products
promptly after purchase.

- Brief explanation (1-3 sentences): Why isn’t this product right for you?
Example acceptable explanations:
- “After reviewing, I realize my property doesn’t have the infrastructure to
implement the cycling groups strategy.” - “The time commitment required (15-20 hours/week) is more than I can dedicate
with my current staffing.” - “The product is well-done, but I purchased the wrong one—I need the retirees
strategy, not nomads.” - “I thought this would be more of a done-for-you service rather than a DIY
implementation guide.”
Example unacceptable explanations:
- “Changed my mind” (no substantive reason)
- “I implemented everything but didn’t get results” (performance issue, not
satisfaction issue) - “Too hard” (implementation challenge after 30 days)
STEP 3: WE REVIEW & RESPOND
We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with:
- Approval + refund processing timeline (typically 5-7 business days)
- OR clarifying questions if explanation is unclear
- OR denial if request doesn’t meet policy terms (with explanation)
STEP 4: DELETE PRODUCTS
Upon refund approval, you must:
- Delete all downloaded copies of products
- Cease using any templates, tools, or materials from products
- Not retain or use any product content after refund
By requesting a refund, you agree to delete all product files and cease use.
- REFUND PROCESSING
PROCESSING TIME:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Funds typically appear in your account 5-10 business days after processing
(depending on your bank/card issuer) - Total timeline: 7-17 business days from approval to funds in account
REFUND METHOD:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card: Refund appears as credit on your statement
- PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account balance
- Other methods: Refund via same method used for purchase
REFUND AMOUNT:
- Full purchase price refunded
- Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are your responsibility
CONFIRMATION:
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
- Email will include expected timeline for funds to appear in your account
- BUNDLE PURCHASES
If you purchased the Complete Mediterranean Winter Revenue System (bundle of
all 3 products):
FULL BUNDLE REFUND:
- Available within 30 days if you’re unsatisfied with the overall system
- Must delete ALL products from bundle
- Full bundle price refunded
PARTIAL REFUNDS (NOT AVAILABLE):
- We do NOT offer refunds for individual products within the bundle
- Cannot refund “just the nomads product but keep the other two”
- It’s all or nothing
Why: Bundle pricing reflects a significant discount (€94 savings). Partial
refunds would allow you to keep products at below individual pricing, which
defeats the bundle discount structure.
ALTERNATIVE:
If you want only 1-2 products instead of all 3:
- Request full bundle refund within 30 days
- Repurchase the specific individual product(s) you want
- FRAUDULENT REFUND REQUESTS
We take fraud seriously. The following will result in refund denial and possible
account termination:
✗ Multiple refund requests (pattern of buying, refunding, rebuying same products)
✗ Keeping products after refund (not deleting files as agreed)
✗ Sharing products before refund (evidence of distribution to others)
✗ Chargeback fraud (filing credit card chargeback instead of requesting
refund through proper channels)
✗ False claims (claiming product wasn’t delivered when it was, or claiming
quality issues that don’t exist)
CONSEQUENCES:
- Immediate refund denial
- Permanent ban from purchasing future products
- Legal action if necessary (especially for chargebacks or IP theft)
- Reporting to payment processors
CHARGEBACK WARNING:
If you file a credit card chargeback instead of requesting a refund through
this policy:
- We will contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery and policy terms
- You will be permanently banned from all products and services
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
PROPER PROCESS:
Always request refunds through eric@visitorsdistribution.com first. We’re reasonable
people and honor legitimate refund requests. There’s no need for chargebacks.
- SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
DUPLICATE PURCHASES:
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice:
- Contact us immediately at eric@visitorsdistribution.com
- We will refund the duplicate purchase regardless of 30-day window
- Provide proof of duplicate (two receipts for same product)
TECHNICAL DELIVERY FAILURES:
If you never received download access due to technical error on our end:
- Contact eric@visitorsdistribution.com within 7 days
- We will resolve delivery issue first (provide access)
- If issue cannot be resolved, full refund provided regardless of time elapsed
PRODUCT DISCONTINUATION:
If we discontinue a product you purchased:
- You retain lifetime access to downloaded files
- No refund provided (you received the product as described)
- We may offer upgrade path to replacement product at discount
PRODUCT UPDATES:
If we release updated/improved version of product you purchased:
- Minor updates: Provided free to existing customers
- Major revisions: May be separate product (no refund of original)
